Brilya
I’ve always loved the water—the ocean especially. This year I want to learn to scuba. I’ve been swimming across the pool since I was two! I love teaching beginners to feel comfortable, confident and strong. When I’m not swimming, I like to mountain bike, hike, sleep and write poetry. Hope to see you in the pool!

Lissy
I'm Lissy Lee, a recent grad from Grantsville High School. I played on the soccer and golf teams, and I love spending time outdoors—especially when it involves being in the water! I absolutely love working with kids! This will be my forth summer nannying for a family with three adorable boys—it’s been such a fun and rewarding experience. I’m so excited to be back teaching swim lessons this summer! I can’t wait to help your kids build confidence in the water, learn new skills, and have a blast while doing it! I'm at Durfee!

Ryan
Ryan is a free spirit who goes where the waves take him. A water-lover from birth, he served in the U.S. Navy and continues to travel the world for months at a time (chasing after whale sharks and the like). Ryan has taught swim lessons for 18 years in multiple locations and is enthusiastic about taking his lucky students on under-water adventures. Look for him at our Stansbury pools!

Charlotte
Hi!! I’m Charlotte Lee, and I am junior at Grantsville High. I love playing sports—whether I’m playing soccer, basketball, or softball and I’m usually either on a field or a court (or running between the two!). I’ve always loved being around kids - so teaching swim lessons is the best! This will be my second summer helping your kids feel confident, have fun, and make some great memories in the water! I teach at the Durfee St pool.

McKailey
Hi! I’m McKailey Lopez — a 3rd-year college student studying Music Therapy at Utah State University. I’m a lifelong water lover, and when I’m not swimming, you can find me out wakeboarding or soaking up the sun! I absolutely love working with kids! Over the years, I’ve had the chance to connect with and teach kiddos of all ages and energy levels — from years of piano lessons to leading as the music director of a children’s workshop at SHS. Helping kids grow, learn, and have fun is truly the highlight of my week! I’m excited to dive into an awesome summer of swimming! I teach at all our locations.

Abigail
Hi! I'm Abigail. I started swimming across the pool at three years old and I'm so excited to help your kids do the same. I've been teaching swim lessons for five years. I love the sun and water! Summer is definitely my season. When I'm out of the pool, I like to play tennis, ballroom dance and tumble across any open space. Hope to see you at 103 Lakeview!

Rachel Z
Hi. I'm Rachel! I grew up boating and naturally became a strong swimmer. I love the water and know the importance of safety skills. When kids are confident, they can have so much more fun. This is my third year teaching swim lessons. It's going to be great! I teach in Stansbury. Come join me!

Rachel D

I am on the ballroom team at Stansbury High School and l also love to get involved! I think swimming is a very important skill to learn for survival and fun. I would love to help your child reach their full potential and become better swimmers! I love kids and I can’t wait to start teaching the summer! Find me in Stansbury!

Mikayla
Hi, my name is Mikayla, and I’ve been swimming competitively for seven years. Swimming has taught me discipline, teamwork, and confidence, and it’s something I’m truly passionate about. I love teaching kids and helping them feel comfortable and confident in the water. As a swim instructor, I want to create a fun, safe, and supportive environment where kids can learn important skills and enjoy swimming.

Afton
Hi! My name is Afton, a sophomore at BYU. In my spare time I love to play sports such as tennis and basketball. I also love the outdoors, which includes being in the water! Mack
Hello my name is Mack Hammond! I am a junior at Grantsville high school. I spent a lot of my child hood swimming in every pool and lake I could find. I’m excited to teach your kids how to have fun in the water, be safe, and have confidence. Outside of swimming, I play basketball, baseball, and football and am the Academic Student Body Officer at GHS. I am the favorite uncle to 4 nieces & nephews too! I can’t wait to see your kids at the Durfee St pool!

Mya
Hello! My name is Mya Orgill and I am a senior at Grantsville High School. Throughout the year, I am involved in tennis and track, but I also love finding time to swim! Swimming is a skill that allows for memories to be made and physical exercise needs to be met, and I want to provide these opportunities for your child by teaching them how to safely swim! I teach at Durfee.

Kalli
Hi! I am Kalli, I have been teaching swim lessons for 6 years. I love the water and I love seeing kids learn to love and be confident in the water too! I am a mom of two little swimmers. As a family we love to be outside playing sports and enjoying the sunshine. I love to see my kids push themselves, try new things, and ultimately find joy as they master a new skill. I hope to instill that same joy as your kiddo learns to swim. I will be teaching Parent & Tot classes at the Durfee pool.

Sarah B
Hi!! I'm Sarah, a mom of 4 crazy boys and a sports and water lover. I started teaching swim lessons as a high schooler, that led me to find my passion of coaching. I spent my college years coaching a junior swim team and teaching private lessons. After becoming a mom, I coached high school track for 12 years. I can't wait to teach Parent & Tot and empower parents with the skills to help their little ones start off with the right splash.

Claire
